Audio/Video Production Assistant

NewGen Broadcasting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking a part time audio/video producer and editor.

Responsibilities include:
• Meeting set deadlines
• Managing processes from coordination to post production.

Experience:
Requirements:
• Experience with Adobe Audition, Audacity, Cool Edit, Final Cut, Vegas or other non linear audio/video production software.
• Strong verbal and written communications, including copywriting for commercial or marketing copy.
• Experience with video productions / operations a plus!
-Video compression, production equipment and much more
• Flexible work hours

Specific Responsibilities:
Technology:
• Computer workstation setup of basic local network-based audio and video workflows
• Management of Adobe Audition, Audacity, Cool Edit, Final Cut, Vegas, and other audio/video production software.

Production / Operations:
•Produce live and taped audio and video
• Managing pre /post-production, including uploading of content via content management server.
• Produce white label and in-house marketing and advertising commercials and programs.
