The show is hosted on lvrocks . com on Mon. - Fri. from 4 to 5 PM (PDT) and is available as a podcast following the show. Guests and subjects include everything from Do-it-yourself experts to professionals (lawyers, doctors, insurance and real estate), entertainment specialists and everything about food is featured on the Friday Restaurant Show. Listener input is done by phone and Skype.
